Thornton

Thornton is a limited collection of just 13 private full-floor residences with unrivalled river proximity and spectacular panoramic views of the Story Bridge, Eagle Street skyline, Botanic Gardens and South Bank.

Because of the price point, the pool of people who would be quality sales leads was very very small so we have to be extremely intentional with the messaging, targeting and qualification.

That project was able to use digital to decrease the usual cost per lead using online channels while opening up the available pool of purchasers nationwide and in select countries overseas.
